Job summary

360care is seeking a field-based Sales representative to drive adoption of the Citizen Insurance product in nursing homes across the defined territory. You will educate administrators and care managers, oversee enrollment events, and coordinate with the Sales Manager to ensure smooth rollouts.

The role requires a Health Insurance License within 45 days, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel up to 85% in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of healthcare sales experience.
• Must have Health Insurance License within 45 days of employment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in coordinating with sales teams and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Sales representative in the defined area.
• Partner with the sales team to introduce and promote the Citizen Insurance product to nursing homes.
• Educate nursing home staff on features and benefits of the Citizen Insurance product.
• Plan and execute enrollment days at facilities.
• Oversee enrollment event logistics and follow-up.
• Maintain strong relationships with nursing home staff and administrators.
• Provide ongoing support and ensure HIPAA/PHI compliance.
• Monitor enrollment progress and report to stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication.
