Job summary

360care is seeking a results-driven sales professional to help nursing homes adopt and implement the Citizen Insurance product. In this role you will educate facilities, coordinate smooth rollouts, and support enrollment activities in collaboration with the Sales Manager.

You will travel extensively, build relationships with administrators, conduct trainings, plan enrollment days, and provide ongoing support while ensuring compliance and confidentiality under HIPAA.

Qualifications

• 3 years of healthcare sales experience.
• Must have Health Insurance License within 45 days of employment.
• Strong phone presence and high activity level.
• Proven track record of over-achieving quotas.
• Familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Must have own transportation and valid driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Sales representative in the defined area.
• Educate nursing homes about the Citizen Insurance product.
• Partner with the sales team to promote the product.
• Identify leads and opportunities for adoption in target facilities.
• Plan and execute enrollment days for residents and staff.
• Maintain relationships with nursing home admins and staff.
