Job summary

Kickapoo Nursing Home is seeking a Nursing Home Director to oversee daily operations of a skilled and long-term care facility, providing decisive leadership to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance. You will recruit, orient and develop staff, manage budgets and admissions, coordinate care plans with health professionals, and engage families to support resident wellbeing and safety.

English and Spanish language skills are valued; knowledge of Kickapoo traditions is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and Nursing Home Administrator experience.
• Experience in assisted living and memory care.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage budgets.
• Strong regulatory compliance and HIPAA awareness.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; Kickapoo language a plus.
