OPCO Skilled Management seeks a Director of Nursing for a skilled nursing facility. You will oversee Nursing Services, ensuring care aligns with physician orders and regulatory standards. In the absence of the Administrator, you will assume center operations duties.

The role requires active RN licensure, a nursing degree, and supervisory experience in long-term or acute care. Relocation is required and full-time employment offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing required.
• Five years in long-term or acute health care preferred; supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Nursing Services daily as directed by physicians.
• Provide 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and direct the Nursing Department.
• Carry out nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) under Nurse Practice Act.
• In the Administrator's absence, assume center operations responsibilities.
