Job summary

Southern Healthcare Management is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 60-bed Pinellas Point Nursing & Rehab facility in Florida. The role requires active LNHA licensure and strong leadership to oversee clinical, administrative, HR and customer service functions.

You will manage fiscal activities, staff development, and drive quality care with regional and corporate support, fostering a positive, compliant and efficient operating environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Health Services or related field.
• Active, unrestricted LNHA licensure in the state of practice.
• 1+ years healthcare facility administrator or AIT experience.
• Proficiency in PC use, Windows and Microsoft Office, Internet-based applications and EMR software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a joint commission approved long-term care and short-term rehabilitation/sub-acute nursing center.
• Develop, direct, monitor, and support staff across operations, admin, clinical, HR, and customer service; manage fiscal activities and reports.
• Grow the center's presence and facilitate positive change.

Requirements

• Develop, direct, monitor, and support all staff and functional areas (operational, administrative, clinical, human resources, and customer service) and will manage all fiscal activities and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Health Services or related field required, or meets minimum credit hours required by the state to become licensed by the state board.
• Active, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator's licensure (LNHA) in the state of practice required.
• One (1+) years healthcare facility administrator or AIT experience required.
• Must be proficient in the use of a Personal Computer. Must be able to navigate Windows and Microsoft Office programs, Internet-based Applications, and EMR Software
