Job summary

Rocky Mount Rehabilitation Center in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with LTC and short-term rehab experience to lead a Joint Commission approved facility.

You will direct staff across operational, administrative, clinical, HR and customer service, oversee fiscal activities and reports, and drive positive change while maintaining a supportive team culture. We offer PTO, 401K and EAP, with a competitive salary and bonus options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field required or minimum state licensure requirements.
• Active, unrestricted LNHA licensure in the state of practice.
• 1+ years healthcare facility administrator or AIT experience required.
• Proficient in PC use; navigate Windows, MS Office, internet-based applications, and EMR software.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Health Services or related field required, or meets minimum credit hours required by the state to become licensed by the state board.
• Active, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator's licensure (LNHA) in the state of practice required.
• One (1+) years healthcare facility administrator or AIT experience required.
• Must be proficient in the use of a Personal Computer. Must be able to navigate Windows and Microsoft Office programs, Internet-based Applications, and EMR Software
