Altera Health & Rehabilitation in Fairhope, Alabama is seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

You will oversee daily operations, guide interdisciplinary teams, and drive clinical quality, census growth, and resident‑centered care while ensuring regulatory compliance and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing Home Administrator license in Alabama.
• Prior skilled nursing or long‑term care leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility.
