Job summary

Greenway Health & Rehabilitation Center in Grand Bay, Alabama is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our team. You will be responsible for the overall success of the center, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and strong financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have Alabama NHA licensure, extensive long-term care leadership experience, and a hands-on, accountable leadership style.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Nursing Home Administrator license or eligibility for Alabama licensure.
• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care leadership experience.
• Strong operational and financial acumen.
• Proven ability to build and develop teams.
• Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with a high level of accountability.

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our team in Grand Bay, Alabama.
