We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our team at Haleyville Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, ensuring compliance with Alabama state regulations and delivering the highest quality of care to our residents.

Schedule:

Day shift, M-F, 8a-5p

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Management: Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring a safe, efficient, and caring environment for residents and staff.
  2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the facility adheres to all federal, state, and local regulations, including those set by the Maryland Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators.
  3. Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to maintain fiscal health.
  4. Staff Development: Recruit, train, and retain qualified staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  5. Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
  6. Community Engagement: Serve as a liaison between the facility, residents' families, and the broader community to promote the facility's mission and services.
Qualifications:
  1. Licensure: Must hold a current and valid Nursing Home Administrator license issued by the Alabama Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators.
  2. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Care Administration or a related field from an accredited institution.
  3. Experience: At least one year of full-time experience as a nursing home administrator or completion of a Board-approved Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program.
  4. Character: Demonstrated good moral character and a genuine interest in the well-being of nursing home residents.
  5. Health: Must be in good physical and mental health to perform the duties of the position effectively.
  6. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex operations in a healthcare setting.
