Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations in line with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness across state and federal guidelines.
• Manage admissions, billing, payroll, and other financial aspects to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Drive community relations and marketing to promote services and engage stakeholders.
• Enhance resident services by aligning programs with residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Maintain a safe, well-supported environment for residents and staff.
