Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state or eligible to obtain.
• Prior Administrator or senior leadership experience in long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey processes.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for facility operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Oversee department heads including Nursing, Business Office, Social Services, Dietary, Environmental Services, and Maintenance.
• Monitor financial performance, census, budgets, and operational metrics.
• Support survey readiness, surveys, and plan-of-correction development.
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and resident-centered care.
• Ensure effective staffing practices and departmental coordination.
• Address resident and family concerns and support positive outcomes.
• Maintain effective communication with corporate leadership and external partners.
• Ensure policies and procedures are implemented consistently across departments.
