Job summary

Talentify seeks a Nursing Home Administrator to lead overall facility operations ensuring quality patient care in compliance with laws, regulations and Life Care standards. You will oversee financials, HR, customer service, business development and clinical operations with the facility management team.

The role requires licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator, a bachelor's degree, and strong post-acute care experience. ACHCA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active Nursing Home Administrator license in the applicable state.
• 3+ years post-acute care experience preferred.
• ACHCA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility compliance with Federal, State, local, and JCAHO requirements.
• Oversee financial operations, HR, customer service, business development and clinical operations.
• Manage annual budget and supervise facility management team.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards per Life Care guidelines.
• Provide leadership to ensure quality patient care and a provider of choice in the community.
