Qualifications

• Active Nursing Home Administrator license.
• 3+ years healthcare management with proven results.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Budget management experience with $1M+.
