Confidential Healthcare Facility in Evansville, IN is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead operations in the Evansville area. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and high-quality resident care in a skilled nursing setting.

As the NHA, you will oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensure federal/state compliance, and provide leadership across clinical, financial, and operational departments while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Indiana Nursing Home Administrator license.
• Minimum of two years as an NHA in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
• Demonstrated leadership in regulatory compliance, financial oversight, and team management.
• Strong knowledge of SNF operations, survey processes, reimbursement, and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage facility operations and business functions.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, quality standards, and internal policies.
• Lead state survey processes and maintain survey readiness.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, revenue cycle management, and cost controls.
• Partner with clinical leadership to support effective and compliant resident care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain department leaders and staff.
• Develop and implement facility policies and procedures.
