Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead day-to-day operations for Wellness Home Services and healthcare across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing neighborhoods.

The role requires a state NHA license, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and at least two years in geriatric healthcare, with strong regulatory knowledge and leadership capabilities. You will guide staffing, compliance, and operational continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retirement community or similar environment.
• Current state Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license.
• Minimum of two years' experience within the geriatric healthcare field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing and assisted living centers.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee day-to-day administration for Wellness Home Services and healthcare services.
• Assist in budget planning, monitoring and control of revenues and expenses.
• Serve as HIPAA Privacy Coordinator and ensure privacy compliance and policies.
