You will oversee day-to-day facility operations, drive fiscal performance, and lead clinical, financial, and operational teams while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Indiana Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with regulatory compliance, financial oversight, and team management.
• Strong knowledge of SNF operations, survey processes, reimbursement, and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage facility operations and business functions.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, quality standards, and internal policies.
• Lead state survey processes and maintain continuous survey readiness.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, revenue cycle management, and cost controls.
• Partner with clinical leadership to support effective and compliant resident care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain department leaders and staff.
• Develop and implement facility policies and procedures.
