Job summary

Avante Inverness is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator to direct the day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with federal, state and local standards governing long-term care. This role ensures the highest quality of care for residents and requires strong leadership and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements include a valid Nursing Home Administrator license, a bachelor’s degree, and at least 5 years of experience as an NHA.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in good standing and/or meet all applicable Federal and State licensure requirement.
• Completion of a secondary education, a College Graduate, and/or compliance with current state licensure guidelines.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
• Must speak and understand English.
