Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the nursing home facility, coordinating with healthcare professionals, managing inventory, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care and quality.
• Manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nursing staff, therapists, and other support services.
• Coordinate with state and federal regulatory agencies to ensure licensing and certification requirements.
• Develop and manage budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
• Ensure residents receive high-quality care and services in a timely and respectful manner.
