Qualifications

• Current Nursing Home Administrator license (LNFA preferred).
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Solid understanding of state and federal regulations for long-term care.
• Experience with regulatory surveys and audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations and ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulations.
• Lead and develop staff to foster a positive, productive work environment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, survey preparedness, and audit readiness.
• Manage admissions, billing, payroll, and other financial aspects.
• Drive community relations and marketing efforts to promote services.
