The Arboretum of Winnie is seeking a Charge Nurse – LVN or RN to lead care teams and ensure resident well-being. You will guide nurse aides, administer medications, implement care plans, and document care with accuracy.

This full-time role requires RN or LVN licensure, strong clinical and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate care across shifts while maintaining patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LVN in good standing.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and care coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Direct Care Teams: guide Nurse Aides to ensure resident care.
• Administer Medications: safely administer prescribed meds.
• Implement Care Plans: execute plans per policies and orders.
• Perform Treatments: deliver treatments as needed for residents.
• Transcribe Orders: transcribe physician orders accurately.
• Document Resident Care: maintain timely charts and assessments.
• Collaborate During Shift Reports: ensure continuity of care.
• Educate Support Staff: teach nursing policies and procedures.
• Maintain Safety Standards: follow infection control and safety practices.
• Address Staffing Needs: coordinate replacements as needed.
