Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Nursing Home Administrator (LNFA) to lead our Arlington facility. You will direct operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain a resident-centered, community-focused environment.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage admissions and budgeting, drive quality improvements, and foster strong community relations while upholding the highest standards of safety and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Nursing Home Administrator license from the applicable state agency.
• Strong knowledge of nursing home regulations and survey processes.
• Experience leading teams and driving staff development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations, aligning with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop staff through recruitment, orientation, training, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines, including survey readiness.
• Manage admissions, billing, payroll, and other financial aspects at the facility level.
• Represent the facility in the community and lead marketing efforts.
• Improve resident services and programs to meet physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and resident-centered environment.
