Job summary

The Arboretum of Winnie in Texas is seeking a dedicated Nursing Home Administrator (LNFA) to lead our facility with compassion and integrity. You will direct operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintain a resident-centered, community-focused environment.

As a strong leader you will develop staff, oversee admissions, billing, payroll, and financials, promote quality of care, and strengthen community relations while upholding safety and wellness standards.

Qualifications

• Current Administrator license from the state agency.
• Strong knowledge of nursing home regulations and standards.
• Ability to manage state and federal survey processes.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Financial acumen with budgeting, expense control, and revenue enhancement.
• Passion for serving the elderly and individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities
