The role requires strong leadership to develop staff, manage surveys, oversee budgeting and revenue, and drive marketing, care programs, and ancillary services while upholding patient rights and safety.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Home Administrator license from the state agency.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal survey processes.
• Demonstrates leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Experience with budgeting, expenses, and revenue enhancement.
• Experience in marketing, care programs, and ancillary services.
• Passion for serving the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Compliance with Patient Bill of Rights and company safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Facility Operations and ensure efficient, compliant operation.
• Lead and Develop Staff through recruitment, orientation, training, and retention.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance and survey readiness.
• Manage Business Operations including admissions, billing, payroll, and finances.
• Drive Community Relations and marketing to promote services.
• Enhance Resident Services through therapeutic, recreational, and rehabilitative programs.
• Maintain a Safe and Comfortable Environment focused on resident well-being.
