You will direct operations, ensure regulatory compliance, develop staff, manage finances, and promote strong community relations while optimizing clinical quality and resident well-being.

This role requires a decisive leader who can balance regulatory demands with person-centered service and staff engagement.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Administrator license from the applicable state agency.
• Deep understanding of nursing home regulations and the ability to manage the state and federal survey process.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, expense control, and revenue enhancement.
• Experience in marketing, special care programs, and ancillary service management.
• Genuine passion for serving the elderly and individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations and align policies with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop staff through recruitment, orientation, training, and retention.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including state and federal guidelines and survey readiness.
• Manage admissions, billing, receivables, payables, payroll, and other financials.
• Drive community relations and marketing to promote services and engagement.
• Enhance resident services through therapeutic, recreational, and rehabilitative programs.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable environment and meet residents’ nutrition and wellness needs.
