The LNHA will partner with the DON and department heads to ensure high-quality care, staff engagement, and positive census trends. This role requires visible, accountable leadership and a commitment to creating a supportive environment for residents and employees.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LNHA license in the state of employment.
• Proven track record in SNF leadership and regulatory compliance.
• Strong financial stewardship and census management experience.

Responsibilities
