Caprock Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Nursing Home Administrator to lead all aspects of the facility’s operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining resident-centered care.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic oversight of staff development, and a focus on fiscal responsibility, community engagement, and high-quality resident services.

Competenze

• Current Administrator license from state agency.
• Deep knowledge of nursing home regulations and survey processes.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and revenue focus.
• Experience in marketing and ancillary service management.
• Passion for serving the elderly and disabled.
• Compliance with patient rights and safety policies.

• Oversee facility operations and ensure alignment with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop staff through recruitment, orientation, training and retention.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey/audit readiness across the facility.
• Manage admissions, billing, receivables, payables, payroll and other financial aspects.
