Qualifications

• Holds a current Administrator license from the state agency.
• Deep understanding of nursing home regulations and survey processes.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, expense control, and revenue management.
• Experience in marketing, special care programs, and ancillary service management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations and align policies with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop staff through recruitment, orientation, training, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance through policies and procedures meeting state and federal guidelines.
• Manage admissions, billing, receivables, payables, payroll, and other financial aspects to ensure fiscal health.
• Drive community relations with strong public relations and marketing efforts to promote services.
• Enhance resident services by ensuring therapeutic, recreational, and rehabilitative programs meet resident needs.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment, ensuring nutritional, medical, and overall wellness needs are met.
