• Manage admissions, billing, receivables, payables, payroll, and other financial aspects.
• Drive community relations and marketing to promote services and engagement.
• Ensure therapeutic, recreational, and welfare programs meet residents’ needs.
• Maintain a safe, nutritious, and compliant environment for residents.
