Responsibilities of Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA):

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility
• Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

Qualifications for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA):

• Current Nursing Home Administrator license
• Experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a long-term care, skilled nursing, sub-acute, or similar setting
• Stable employment history
• Demonstrated experience with census growth and survey improvement
• Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and guidelines
• Strong financial and operational management skills
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and supervise professional and administrative staff
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
