You will direct operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintain a resident-centered, community-focused atmosphere.

The role demands strong leadership, staff development, and financial oversight to support admissions, billing, payroll, and services while promoting compassionate care and high-quality resident

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Administrator license from the applicable state agency.
• Strong understanding of nursing home regulations and survey processes.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Solid financial acumen with budgeting, expense control, and revenue enhancement.
• Experience in marketing, special care programs and ancillary service management.
• Passion for serving the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to comply with Patient Bill of Rights and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Facility Operations: ensure smooth operation and align with corporate standards.
• Lead and Develop Staff: recruit, orient, train, retain, and foster a productive environment.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance: implement policies meeting state and federal guidelines.
• Manage Business Operations: oversee admissions, billing, receivables, payables, payroll, and finances.
• Drive Community Relations: represent the facility and promote services in the community.
• Enhance Resident Services: ensure therapeutic, recreational, and rehabilitative programs meet needs.
• Maintain a Safe and Comfortable Environment: ensure nutrition, medical, and wellness needs are met.
