Job summary

Big Spring Center for Skilled Care is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator (LNFA) to lead the facility's operations, uphold regulatory standards, and drive compassionate, resident-centered care.

You will oversee staff development, budgeting, admissions, and community relations while maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines. A strong leader with a passion for elderly care is essential.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Administrator license from the applicable state agency.
• Strong knowledge of nursing home regulations and the survey process.
• Demonstrates exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Experience budgeting, expense control and revenue enhancement.
• Marketing and ancillary service management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Facility Operations and ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and Develop Staff through recruitment, orientation, training, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance and survey readiness with policy development.
• Manage Admissions, billing, receivables, payables, payroll, and other financial aspects.
