The administrator will drive staff development, manage admissions, billing, and finances, strengthen community relations, and enhance therapeutic and recreational programs while ensuring a safe, compliant setting.

Qualifications

• Current Administrator license required.
• Deep understanding of nursing home regulations and standards.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
