Qualifications

• Current Administrator license from the state agency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations and ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead and develop staff through orientation, training, and performance management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including survey preparedness and audit readiness.
• Manage admissions, billing, payroll, and other financial areas.
• Drive community relations and marketing to promote services.
• Enhance therapeutic, recreational, and clinical services for residents.
