Qualifications

• Holds a current Nursing Home Administrator license from the state agency.
• Deep knowledge of nursing home regulations and survey processes.

• Marketing and ancillary service management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations, aligning with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure regulatory compliance, including survey readiness and audits.
• Manage admissions, billing, receivables, payables, payroll and others.
• Drive community relations and marketing to promote services and engagement.
