You will direct operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive staff development, financial stewardship, and quality resident care. This role requires an active Administrator license, strong leadership, and experience managing admissions, billing, payroll, and survey readiness.

Formación

• Current administrator license from the state agency.
• Deep understanding of nursing home regulations and standards.
• Strong leadership, communication and team-building skills.
• Financial acumen with budgeting and revenue enhancement experience.
• Experience in marketing and ancillary service management.
• Genuine passion for serving elderly and disabled individuals.
• Ability to comply with patient rights and safety policies.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee facility operations and align policies with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop staff, recruiting, orienting, training and retaining qualified personnel.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and audit preparedness.
• Manage admissions, billing, receivables, payables, payroll and financial aspects.
• Drive community relations and marketing efforts to promote services.
• Enhance resident services through therapeutic, recreational, and rehabilitative programs.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment meeting nutritional and medical needs.
