You will ensure survey readiness, manage finances, and drive marketing and outreach to promote services while maintaining high standards of safety and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Administrator license from the applicable state agency.
• Strong knowledge of nursing home regulations and survey processes.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Solid financial acumen with budgeting, expense control and revenue enhancement.
• Marketing, special care programs, and ancillary service management.
• Genuine passion for serving the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Compliance with Patient Bill of Rights and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations ensuring policies align with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop staff through recruitment, orientation, training, and ongoing development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance through survey readiness and audit preparedness.
• Manage admissions, billing, receivables, payables, payroll, and other financial aspects.
• Drive community relations and marketing efforts to promote services.
• Enhance resident services covering therapeutic, recreational, and rehabilitative programs.
• Maintain a safe, nutritious, and well‑coordinated environmental setting.
