Estates Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Fort Worth, TX invites a seasoned Nursing Home Administrator to lead the overall operation, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold a resident-centered, community-focused environment.

You will supervise staff development, drive survey readiness, manage admissions, billing, payroll and other finances, and strengthen public relations to promote services, all while maintaining a safe, compassionate setting for residents and their families.

Formación

• Holds a current Administrator license from the applicable state agency.
• Demonstrates exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Has strong financial acumen with budgeting and revenue management experience.
• Understands nursing home regulations and the state/federal survey process.
• Passion for serving elderly and individuals with disabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Facility Operations: ensure smooth operation aligned with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and Develop Staff: recruit, orient, train, and retain competent staff.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance: meet state and federal guidelines, including survey readiness.
• Manage Business Operations: admissions, billing, receivables, payables, payroll, and finances.
• Drive Community Relations: promote services and engage with the community.
• Enhance Resident Services: ensure programs meet residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Maintain a Safe and Comfortable Environment: meet nutritional and medical needs in a caring setting.
