Qualifications

• Completion of continuing education hours as required by the state.
• Ability to relate positively to residents, families, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Plan all aspects of facility operations with management staff and consultants.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor nursing care delivery and facility conditions.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, accreditation standards, and QA programs.
• Monitor HR practices, staffing, turnover, and staff education.
• Develop and implement a marketing strategy to maximize census, payer mix, and revenues.
• Build positive relationships with regulators, families, and the community.
