Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two years Nursing Home Administrator experience preferred.
• Must hold a Michigan NHA license in good standing with LARA.
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and management skills; team player.
• Computer literacy with Word and basic keyboard operations; electronic documentation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Implement policies and procedures as directed by the Governing Body.
• Monitor facility processes and resource availability to maintain continuous compliance.
• Establish facility committees to implement policies and ensure safe, high-quality resident care.
• Develop and manage the facility QAPI plan and required reporting metrics.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff to ensure adequate coverage and quality care.
