Job summary

LEGACY HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator to lead the Bingham Farms facility with a focus on compliant operations and person-centered care.

You will manage day-to-day operations, implement policies, monitor quality metrics, oversee staffing and budgeting, and ensure readiness for state and federal inspections.

The role requires a Michigan NHA license, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to high standards of resident safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields preferred
• Two years Nursing Home Administrator experience preferred
• Must hold a current State of MichiganNHA License in good standing with LARA

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility and keep the organization on track for its long term goals and mission.
• Implement policies, rules and procedures for the facility as established by the Governing Body.
• Monitor facility processes, practices, physical plant condition and resource availability to assure that the facility is in a state of continuous compliance.
• Establish and maintain facility committees, to implement policies, assure compliance with regulations, provide a safe and high quality of care for residents.
• Develop and implement the facility Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) plan focusing on required reporting metrics, high risk and/or high-volume problems, prone processes.
