Job summary

Crystal Lake Health and Rehab in Crystal Lake, IL seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead and direct overall facility operations in line with government regulations and company policies, while ensuring high-quality resident care and achievement of business objectives.

The LNHA will oversee programs, budgets, and staff, promote excellent service, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement and direct the facility’s programs and activities in conjunction with budget and regulations.
• Lead facility management staff and consultants with a business plan focusing on operations and priorities.
• Monitor departments, communicate policies, evaluate performance, provide feedback, observe, coach and discipline as needed.
• Oversee rounds to ensure nursing care, support departments, cleanliness, morale and resident needs are addressed.
• Exhibit positive customer service to internal and external customers.
• Use survey information to address important areas defined by customers.
• Maintain building/grounds, ensure equipment and work areas are clean, safe and orderly, address hazards.
• Maintain knowledge and compliance with all governmental regulations.
