Freedom Village at Brandywine in Coatesville, PA, seeks an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead daily operations of a 50-bed, 5-star rated Health Center. You will drive resident-centered care, staff development, and regulatory compliance while partnering with clinical leadership to ensure exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Home Administrator license in PA.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
• Previous leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, senior living, or related healthcare environment.
• Strong financial, operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for serving older adults and creating an exceptional resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a culture focused on resident-centered care, hospitality, service excellence, and employee engagement.
• Lead, coach, and develop leaders and employees to achieve operational and quality goals.
• Partner with the Director of Nursing and clinical leadership to promote quality outcomes and exceptional resident care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, retention, and workforce planning in partnership with community leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall community performance.
• Serve as a visible and engaged leader within the community & local market.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of PA


• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred


• Previous leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, senior living, or related healthcare environment


• Strong financial, operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills


• A passion for serving older adults and creating an exceptional resident experience
