Job summary

The Cedars of Chapel Hill, part of LCS, seeks an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to provide leadership and oversight for the skilled nursing operation in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The Administrator will partner with clinical leadership, department leaders, residents, families, and regional and corporate partners to drive quality, safety, resident outcomes, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business administration, or related field.
  • Current NC Nursing Home Administrator license.
  • Experience in skilled nursing or long-term/post-acute care.
  • Knowledge of federal and state SNF regulations.
  • 1–3+ years of relevant leadership experience.

Job description

LCS is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Home Administrator to provide leadership and oversight at The Cedars of Chapel Hill located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.


The Nursing Home Administrator will provide operational and strategic leadership for the skilled nursing operation while partnering closely with clinical leadership, department leaders, residents, families, and regional and corporate partners.

What You'll Do:


  • Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for skilled nursing

  • Partner with clinical leadership to promote high-quality resident care and positive clinical outcomes

  • Foster a culture focused on quality, safety, dignity, and resident centered care


What We’re Looking For:


  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business administration, or related field

  • Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in the state of North Carolina.

  • Demonstrated experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, post-acute care, or a related healthcare environment

  • Strong understanding of federal and state skilled nursing regulations

  • Strong employee leadership, coaching, and development skills

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

  • 1-3+ years of relevant experience preferred

Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $150,000
