LCS is seeking a Senior Nursing Home Administrator to lead the day-to-day operations at a 50-bed, 5-Star-rated community in Coatesville, PA. You will drive resident-centered care, staff development, and regulatory compliance while partnering with nursing leadership to achieve excellence.

Qualifications

  • Current Nursing Home Administrator license in Pennsylvania.
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • Leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, senior living, or related environments.
  • Strong financial, operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for serving older adults and creating an exceptional resident experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a culture focused on resident-centered care, hospitality, service excellence, and employee engagement.
  • Lead, coach, and develop leaders and employees to achieve operational and quality goals.
  • Partner with the Director of Nursing and clinical leadership to promote quality outcomes and exceptional resident care.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, retention, and workforce planning in partnership with community leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall community performance.
  • Serve as a visible and engaged leader within the community & local market.

Education

Nursing Home Administrator license (PA)
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
Leadership experience in skilled nursing or senior living
Strong financial management
Strong operational and organizational skills
Problem-solving skills

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead the day-to-day operations at Freedom Village at Brandywine located in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. Salary Starting at $130,000 annually.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred
  • Previous leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, senior living, or related healthcare environments
  • Strong financial, operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for serving older adults and creating an exceptional resident experience
