We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead the day-to-day operations at Freedom Village at Brandywine located in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by creating a culture of excellence, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring residents receive the highest quality of care and service in a small, 50-bed, 5-Star-rated community. Salary Starting at $130,000 annually.

Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Pennsylvania
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred
Previous leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, senior living, or related healthcare environments
Strong financial, operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills
