The Cedars of Chapel Hill, a Life Plan community in Chapel Hill, NC, seeks an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to provide leadership and oversight for its skilled nursing operation. You will partner with clinical and administrative leaders to drive resident care, safety and quality outcomes while upholding the community’s values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business administration, or related field.
• Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in North Carolina.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or related healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of federal and state skilled nursing regulations.
• Strong employee leadership, coaching and development skills.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving abilities.

Job description

LCS is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Home Administrator to provide leadership and oversight at The Cedars of Chapel Hill located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

The Nursing Home Administrator will provide operational and strategic leadership for the skilled nursing operation while partnering closely with clinical leadership, department leaders, residents, families, and regional and corporate partners.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business administration, or related field
• Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in the state of North Carolina.
• Demonstrated experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care, post‑acute care, or a related healthcare environment
• Strong understanding of federal and state skilled nursing regulations
• Strong employee leadership, coaching, and development skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities

1-3+ years of relevant experience preferred
