Job summary

The Cedars of Chapel Hill, part of LCS, seeks an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to provide leadership and oversight for the skilled nursing operation in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business administration, or related field.
• Current NC Nursing Home Administrator license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term/post-acute care.
• Knowledge of federal and state SNF regulations.
• 1–3+ years of relevant leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for skilled nursing.
• Partner with leadership to ensure high-quality resident care and services.
• Set operational priorities and hold department leaders accountable.
