Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Current Nursing Home Administrator license in NC.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term/post-acute care.
• Knowledge of federal/state skilled nursing regulations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and development skills.
