LCS’s Cypress of Charlotte in Charlotte, North Carolina seeks an experienced Executive Director to lead overall operations of the Life Plan community, fostering an environment where residents thrive and staff feel valued.

As the Executive Director, you will partner with residents, families, and leaders to ensure exceptional resident experience, regulatory compliance, and achievement of strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, senior living, hospitality, or related field.
• North Carolina Nursing Home Administrator license strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, direction, and accountability for community operations.
• Monitor key operational metrics and develop action plans to address opportunities and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations as well as organizational policies and standards.

Job description

LCS is seeking an experienced and compassionate Executive Director to lead the overall operations for the Cypress of Charlotte located in Charlotte, North Carolina. As the Executive Director, you will provide overall leadership and direction for the community, creating an environment where residents thrive, and the employees feel valued and engaged.

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for overall performance and success of the community. You will partner closely with residents, families, employees, and organizational leaders to ensure an exceptional experience at every level.

The Cypress of Charlotte is a Life Plan community that offers independent living, memory care, assisted living, home health, and skilled nursing.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, senior living, hospitality, or related field
• Nursing Home Administrator License in the sate of North Carolina strongly preferred
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related environment
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics
• Ability to build trusted relationships with residents, families, employees, and business partners
• Experience leading a senior living Life Plan community
