Job summary
LCS is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead The Cedars of Chapel Hill in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. You will provide operational and strategic leadership for the skilled nursing operation while partnering with clinical leadership, residents, families, and regional partners.
The ideal candidate has a NC NHA license and a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field, plus 1–3+ years in skilled nursing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
- Current NC Nursing Home Administrator license.
- 1–3+ years in skilled nursing or related healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for skilled nursing.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure resident care and services.
- Set operational priorities and hold leaders accountable.
- Maintain visibility and build relationships with residents, families, and staff.
